The terms for returning items to PSG MERCHANDISING for reimbursement or exchange are specified in the Terms and Conditions.

We remind you that items must be sent back:

    - in their original packaging
    - complete (accessories, instructions …)
    - clean and unworn
    - undamaged
    - accompanied by the original invoice

Returned items that do not respect these conditions will not be reimbursed or exchanged by PSG MERCHANDISING.

Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded (ex. match jersey with free or player printing), unless the product is faulty. We accept no responsibility once a jersey has been printed, in the event that a player leaves the squad and/or his squad number changes.

In the case of non-compliance of one or more items, a return shipping label is available by clicking on the Postal Service link on our Website. You then just have to stick it on to your parcel and post it. Return shipping is then free.

If the customer exercises his right of revocation, return costs are at the customer's expense. For better security, we recommend returning your parcel by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, or by monitored parcel, or any other means allowing you to monitor the parcel.
