1 - Right of revocation

The conditions in which you have the right of revocation are specified in the Terms and Conditions "Satisfied or reimbursed" article.

In compliance with article L.121-1 in the Consumer Code, you benefit from a seven-day period counted from delivery in which you can return your order.

Return conditions are explained in the "SENDING ITEMS BACK" tab.

Your reimbursement will be made according to the modalities and periods detailed in the "REIMBURSEMENT" tab.

2 – Non-compliance

If the item(s) delivered does/do not correspond to your order, this error means that you can ask PSG Merchandising to reimburse you or exchange the item(s). Please return the item(s) under the conditions explained in the "SENDING ITEMS BACK" tab. Please state the reason for non-compliance on unstamped paper. Return shipping is free in this case. This also applies, in the case of an exchange, to PSG Merchandising's shipping costs for the replacement item(s). You have 10 clear days to exercise this right.
