The conditions giving you the right to reimbursement are specified in the Terms and Conditions "Satisfied or reimbursed" articles.

If you meet these conditions, PSG MERCHANDISING will reimburse you by credit to the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment, or by bank transfer, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following receipt of the returned items by PSG MERCHANDISING.

If you note that the reimbursement time exceeds thirty (30) days, please contact your bank first.
